About Me
My name is Amanda Fowler, I live in Fareham, Hampshire. In addition to being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator I am the Craft Editor of Making Gifts magazine. I teach and design papercraft projects for a variety of stores across the UK. I also design cards which are published regularly in Making Cards magazine.
I’m a mum of 2 wonderful children aged 12 and 14 and a wife of 20 years…….where does the time go? I’m 41 and I had always wanted to turn my hobby into a career and as an addicted rubber stamper and paper crafter Stampin’ Up! provided the perfect solution.
I’ve been a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator since they launched in the UK during November 2007, Stamping and Paper craft is not only my hobby, it is now my business and it is the best job I have ever had! I meet lots of wonderful people through stamping and paper craft, some have become lifelong friends and it is always a pleasure to share my creativity with others.
My enthusiasm for what Stampin’ Up! has to offer has meant I have shared the Stampin’ Up! opportunity with all my customers and most people I meet. My efforts have paid off tremendously, I now lead a downline of 45 fellow demonstrators! I’m passionate about supporting my recruits, too. From assisting with their first workshop, and training them on everything from hostess coaching to submitting an order, I am dedicated to their success.
This year, 2009, I was placed 3rd in Demonstrator of the year and 2 of my wonderful team were placed at 10th and 25th, I also received 2 awards for recruiting and leadership. Last year 2008, I was honoured with achieving a top recruiting award for outstanding performance during Stampin’ Up!’s first year of business in Europe.
I have recently earned an all expenses paid trip to Monaco during June 2010, courtesy of Stampin’ Up! as a reward for my sales and recruiting. I could not have achieved the successes I have without my fantastic downline team of Inspiring Inkees they are my Stampin’ Up! family.
Happy Stampin’
