The new stamp set is called Circle Circus and it is wonderful from tiny weeny circles to really bold large circles, fabby!

Stamps : Circle Circus, Best Yet
Inks: Sage Shadow, Chocolate Chip
Cardstock: Sage Shadow, Kraft, Chocolate Chip, Very Vanilla
Accessories: Chocolate Chip Ribbon, 1 1/4″ and 1 3/8″ circle punch

If you would like to order a copy of the new catalogue please email me for payment details, but better still why not get one free? All of my club members get a free copy of each catalogue as it’s launched as do all my hostesses from the previous year at a special event just for them, so why not book a workshop during September or October and get your inky mitts on one!

They always went to school with holes in their shoes, basically because the cobbler was too busy mending everyone elses shoes to tend to his own children’s shoes!

Well some weeks it feels a bit like that here! I’m so busy preparing cards for classes, magazine articles and workshops, you would think I would have loads of cards ready for family occasions, however I don’t! It was my lovely in-laws wedding anniversary last week, and the card below was a little late……Oops !

So I have set myself a challenge to make the September and October cards by the end of the week, I’ll let you know how I’m doing.

I have used Summer by the Sea, it’s on the last chance list, and only available until the end of September or until stocks are gone!

I am often asked why is my Stampin’ Up! team called Inspiring Inkin’ there are lots of reasons but the main one is I am inspired by my team on a daily basis, they are wonderfully creative and love sharing the Stampin’ Up! products and opportunities with all those they meet. A close second is my own personal passion to inspire everyone to get ‘Inkin’……..especially your rubber stamps!

The Inspiring Inkees are a team spread from the Shetland Isles to the tip of Cornwall, it’s definitely the very best team and really friendly too. I am in regular contact with my team by phone, email and letter and I am available to them whenever they need me. In addition I have a team website, that is password protected, within it is an online live chat facility for team training sessions, challenges and lots of fun. My class planners and techniques are all available for the team to download and use with their customers.

Within my team I have business demonstrators who are building teams of their own and working on building a business that ultimately will allow them to give up thier 9-5 job and hobby demonstrators who join for the discounts and the social aspect of being part of a team. Most of my team are some where in between, enjoying the income, discounts, workshops, classes, events and the fantastic products that Stampin’ Up! sell.

I have lots more information about joining my team here and here.

Joining Stampin’ Up! was one of the best decisions I have made, why not join me and become an Inspiring Inkee too. Email me and I’ll call you for a chat.

My card today was inspired by a card Amy made and she brought it along to a team training day we had in July, our quarterly team days are an opportunity for all the team to come together and share and learn from one another. We have business training, sharing good practise, team support and stamping, lots and lots of Stamping!!!!

I have taken an oval aperture and then stamped the long tree stamp and then sponged at the base of the trees. Using torn paper and both Bordering and Bashful Blue ink I sponged the mountains (or clouds depending on your point of view). I then lifted off the mask and over stamped the large tree and the sentiment. A little Tombow glue and Dazzling Diamonds finishes the card.

Thank you so much for all the emails and messages about my book, I will let you know the on sale date and where to get your copy. Have a lovely day.

I am always looking for ways to speed up our Christmas card making activities…….with out a doubt tackling it in a production line manner is the most efficient way. However, I love to have fun when I’m crafting and I do get bored with making the same design over and over again. So I usually choose several designs and make them in different colours to slow the boredom down!

This is an adaptation of one of my last years cards, very quick and easy and perfect for the Inspiring Inkin’ Challenge No 3 which you can find here. The challenge was to use Black and White and a colour from the Bold Brights family, I have chosen Orchid Opulence, perhaps not everyones first choice of Christmas tree colour or even snow………but I love it hope you do too!

I have used a Versamark ink refill on an un-inked roller to allow me to clear emboss both the tree and the pot using my new favourite wheel Scandinavian. I used the matching Stamp Set Scandinavian Season for the snow flakes and Best Yet for the sentiment.

Stamps : Scandinavian Season, Scandinavian Wheel, Best Yet
Inks: Orchid Opulence
Cardstock: Orchid Opulence, Basic Black, Whisper White
Accessories: Oval Punch, Oval Scallop Punch, Brads, Paper piercer.

Happy Stampin’
