It will be quite a short post from me today, just a quick update and something cute for you to see.
I’m currently in Harrow, Kimberley had surgery at St Marks Hospital on Monday so I’m staying up here with her. The surgery went well, and she’s doing okay, it’s not been an easy few days for any of us, but I am so grateful for the consultants, surgeons, doctors and nurses who are doing the best for her. Hopefully it won’t be too long till she can come home.
I have to collect her GCSE results tomorrow and transport them back to Harrow without peeking…….and whilst we are on the subject of results, Connor’s ‘A’ levels were good, so he’s happy, although he isn’t really thinking about them at the moment as he is about to go to the Reading festival…….Who’d be a mum of a 16 and 18 year old, my life is a blur……….! But at least I get to share the parenting with my wonderful hubby Brian, my rock and a superstar !
So I have something for you to see today, it’s the first of several banners, this one has a bit of a Halloween look about it, but it’s actually a celebration/birthday banner for Connor.
There is plenty of grunging going on, lots of spraying and masking using lots of fab new products from the Autumn/Winter catalogue which launches on the 29th August 2013. If you want a copy, just send me an email and I’ll get one in the post to you.
You can make your own version of this banner, by attending the class I have on the 21st September 2013, for more details please click here.
Some close ups for you too!
