Fun Fast Cards

We all need cards that are quick to do, both these cards have dies to co-ordinate, but they are really easy to cut out by hand if you enjoy doing that. Don’t be fooled by the name of the stamp set Cake Celebrations, I’ve just used the florals to make a fun birthday card.

If you’ve been around me for any amount of time you will know I love dinosaurs! Of course it started when the kids were little, but it seems to be that I can’t help myself when there is a NEW dinosaur stamp set. And Dragons actually, and there is a new one coming out in May!

This card is so simple, just stamp, colour and cut out your dinosaur of choice and then stamp the words around it. You might think its easiest to stamp the words and put the dinosaur over the top, I tried that first and it cut off too many words and none of the sentiments made sense….. So I tried it the other way and that worked well.

I’m loving using the Thick White card to make card bases and although its not showing in the NEW catalogue it is available still in A4 as well as the 12″ x12″.
