I’m splitting my convention report into 2 pieces, I am hoping for some sunshine today so I can take pictures of my goodies to share with you, but currently it’s raining!
It did do a lot of raining in Germany too, but that didn’t dampen our spirits! There are so many elements to convention that it is always hard to explain but I’m going to try and break it down into smaller chunks, so first up, its people !
Here is my amazing team who attended convention, when this picture was taken, 2 of the team had gone back to the hotel for a bit hence the inset picture.
On the first evening, those demonstrators who had reached the Silver 2 or above title (they must have a minimum of £5,400 annual sales and 6 in their first level downline, one of whom must have a team of their own) went to a special reception, yummy canapes, fruit cup and a training too.

We also recieved a beautiful pen set and notebook, as always with Stampin’ Up! cute packaging!
This year 3 of the team were presenting, on the first day Elizabeth, sharing with us all about her customer appreciation events,hint and tips and some gorgeous projects.
and on the second day Caroline and Rhoda, teamed up to share their knowledge on recruiting.
I am so proud of them, they did an amazing job and we all learnt lots too!
There are always fun projects to make, wonderful displays and sneak peaks of new products, wow have we got some amazing things coming up for you! But I’m sure you will understand I can’t share……..just yet! Here are a couple of pretty displays for you.
I love this scrapbook page, it is using the Affection Collection one of the 5 stamp sets we received for FREE at convention…….yes 5 FREE stamp sets !!!!
Now finally I’m going to share a link to the official convention video, I will warn you that the “I am” song is very catchy and you will probably be singing it all day!!!! There are loads of Inspiring Inkin’ team members in the video, see if you can spot them all!
