I think the title says it all really, I have just been tidying up my craft room, packing away some Christmas things and making way for NEW spring-Summer goodies and Sale-a-bration goodies, yes they are on their way………..
But I digress, I was going to put the Delightful Decorations stamp set away along with it’s matching Ornament punch when I remembered this card series I made in the autumn. I had limited myself to 3 colours, Bashful Blue, Marina Mist and Chocolate Chip and wanted to make 2 Christmas cards and 2 birthday cards.
These first 2 Christmas cards are straightforward using the stamps and punch as intended.
The 2nd set of cards use the stamp and punch first as a vase. I have partnered it with Hopeful Thoughts stamp set and the Itty Bitty punch pack to make the flowers with of course some blingy rhinestones ! I stamped and punched the ornament as usual and then just cut off the bottom to make a vase.
and my final card, layers 5 of the ornaments, necks together to make a flower. the centre of the flower is made by layering the punched shaped from the Boho Blossoms punch.
I hope you enjoyed this mini series, so far so good on my 365 crafty projects challenge, that’s 6 projects in 3 days…….!
Actually make that 7…..! I decided that rather than using an electronic ticker it would be more fun to make a crafty one, and since I got a box of brand new goodies yesterday I used them, I hope you like it.
Happy Stampin’
Especially loving the vase! Clever you!
Just going to dust off my ornament punch…!
Love all of them – that is my favourite stamp set and punch too so you have inspired me to use some other colour combinations!!
