Good Morning! It’s a bit chilly today, I’m pleased I got my woolly winter socks out yesterday, the weatherman was right!
I thought I share a bit of information about the training I offer my team of demonstrators and what you can expect from me if you choose to join my team. Joining Stampin’ Up! was one of the best decisions I have ever made and I know from working with my team that they all feel the same way too.
I am aware that some people have concerns about becoming a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, I have some more information here and a comprehensive list of frequently asked questions here.
You may remember from a previous post that Stampin’ Up! have now opened up the borders across Europe and as a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator we can sell to and recruit new team members in France, Germany, Austria and The Netherlands.
If you are in any of these countries and would like to contact me for more information about joining this wonderful company or getting your hands on the fabulous products I would be happy to help! I live on the south coast of the UK, and there are great travel links to all of Europe, planes, boats and trains and I love to travel !
At the beginning of the post I said I would share with you how I support my team, well firstly I am always at the end of the phone, or email.
I hold monthly evening meetings in Hampshire, UK they are about 3 hours long we have business training, product and technique training and then we make a minimum of 3 projects too. Once a quarter (January, April, July and October) I hold all day training events which are regularly attended by 40+ demonstrators, we have a variety of product and technique demonstrations, 2 business training sessions and 2 crafting sessions where we make a minimum of 6 projects, everyone takes part in all of the sessions. This training is so popular that I now run it twice on a Thursday and on a Saturday to ensure everyone who wishes to attend has the opportunity to do so. These meeting are for my entire team which includes 5 levels.
Here is a picture of some of the team at a quarterly training!
Every demonstrator who joins my direct team is also invited to attend a new demonstrator training day at my home in Hampshire, UK I hold them once a month, we cover all of the basics, business information, how to prepare run and demonstrate at parties, finances, career plan and answer lots of questions, we also craft and learn new stamping techniques. Here is my dining room table set up ready for this training, each new team member receives a file, notebook, colour chart and handbook along with lots of handouts and information to support them on their Stampin’ Up! journey.
I always make each new team member a file and a notebook when they come to training, this is my most recent design. I am loving the new Soda Pop Tops ! This design is using the Twitterpated Designer series paper.
The Soda Pop tops are flattened with the big shot before I put them on the projects.
You can see in this picture how flat they go compared to the original Soda Pop Top.
When a member of my direct team starts to build a team of their own I run another all day training for them about being a leader. There is training in the morning and then we craft in the afternoon, again these trainings are held at my home once a month.
I also run additional events such as fun days and leadership development days, my business and team are growing and changing and therefore the training and support I offer changes and grows with them.
I would love to talk to you about how you can start your Stampin’ Up! journey with me, please call 07890 426945 or email me.
