I’m so pleased so many of you are loving the new catalogue, and sale-a-bration too it seems, lots of qualifying orders coming in. Thank you for choosing me as your Stampin’ Up! demonstrator.
I have had several ‘no contact’ orders in December and January, sometimes it’s because people are buying gifts which is great but often it is because the person placing the order doesn’t understand that clicking No in the 2nd box means I cannot see your details. Stampin’ Up! hold your information to send you the order but I cannot get any access to it, even if you are a current customer of mine or on my email list the two don’t get combined.
That means I can’t send you copies of the new catalogues, email you a thank you note or pop a card in the post to you. If you don’t want to go onto my email newsletter list that is fine, just tell me and I’ll make sure you don’t get them, but please click yes in the 2nd box so I can say thank you to you.
In December a customer ordered the Curvy Keepsakes Box that was currently on back-order, I couldn’t let them know because I had no contact details and it was unusually for Stampin’ Up! a long delay of 4 weeks. I love to give good customer service and this made me sad because I couldn’t let them know !
So if you are reading this and are one of the several people who have placed a no contact order with me, please, drop me a quick email and let me know and I will gladly send you a card, and catalogues!
If you are not sure, the easiest way to check is to go into the store and click on your profile, you will be able to see there, or if you have ordered and not had a thank you email from me, that is a sure sign !
Okay now you need to see some lovely pretty things, another card today, awesome stamp set called Sheltering Tree, it looks like it has lots of dimension but it’s a completely flat card.
Thank you so much for your get well wishes, I am still poorly but gradually getting better, Card Club last night was a great tonic, but I’m shattered and I need to get my strength up for the Friday morning Club too !
