Today’s card is made using heat embossing on vellum and then water coloured on the reverse, sounds tricky but it isn’t I promise!
Stampin’ Up!’s vellum card stock is really tough and stands up to heat embossing really well, here is a close up for you.
I promised it was easy, so here is a video. I would love to see any cards you make using this technique, do email me some pictures.
So on my travels today, Lincolnshire to Birmingham and some more meetings and home again tomorrow evening, it’s been a busy week ! But it has given me chance to have a good run in my lovely Metallic Sahara Sand car…….. we bought her a few weeks ago and she is lovely, a Peugeot 3008 with a panoramic glass roof, 3 years old and a whole lot less miles than my old Peugeot !
She really is Metallic Sahara sand, or in Peugeot colours………Vapour Grey…….
What a beautiful card! This stamp is gorgeous.
And congrats to your new car, she is a beauty!
Greetings from Scotland
