But first my wins, then you can have a giggle about my #epicfail.  Last Sunday was Mother’s Day here in the UK and it seems that whilst I was out Connor and Kimberley raided my stash!  Look at the fabulous cards they made for me using the This Little Piggy stamp set and Flower Shop too, they co-ordinated everything.  I have to say the words inside made me blub, happy tears.

They also got me some fabulous flowers too including my favourites yellow roses.  They both do amazing other things as well, Connor is on instagram HERE and Kimberley has a blog HERE. We had a really chilled out day, gardening, and eating far too much.

My 3rd win was this lovely card from my Mum!  She always sends me a Mothers day card and I love it, it has so much dimension to it.

So onto the #epicfail I had made cards in advance for my Mum and Mother in Law, which to be fair is a rarity as I’m usually running around a few days before. I had placed orders for special deliveries for them both I was feeling very organised.  I sent the cards 1st class so they would arrive in plenty of time……… not factoring in the snow in Lincolnshire and Mum hadn’t had any post for a week, so the card didn’t actually arrive till the Monday.  So that wasn’t great.

But my #epicfail was the delivery, I checked on Saturday afternoon the status of them, only to find I had booked it for next Saturday the 17th March……………… seriously it wasn’t funny at that moment, but it is very funny now.  I knew when Mothers day was, I knew the order had to be placed for the 10th March.  I have no idea how I messed it up, but I did.  Several calls later the delivery couldn’t be changed and there was no way i could get anything delivered in time as it was 5pm on Saturday.  So I just had to confess when we called on Sunday.  So I hope they enjoy the delivery on Saturday, this week instead!
