Happy May Bank Holiday! I hope the sun is shining with you!
Have you missed me? I am sorry for not being around, it has all gone crazy here, my darling Pooch Keeva has injured her back. She is 12 and she thinks she is still a puppy, she was in the garden and a cat dared walk near and off she went at full pelt, she must have hit something as her back and paws just collapsed under her. Poor thing she was so wobbly and couldn’t hold her own weight, so we’ve been back to the vets a couple of times. They think she has ruptured a disc so she is on crate rest for 2 weeks, no walking of any sort. This is to give her back time to form scar tissue and heal. She has pain killers and seems okay in herself but she is a ruffy tuffy Border Terrier! She is thinking being picked up and carried is a good way to travel……
The crate she sleeps in is quite small so Brian has made her another one for my office, as you can see she is settled in quite nicely. The tally is the number of days she has been in jail !
I do have some crafting for you and a video too! It’s to make this super cute Suitcase Gift Box, I have been waiting to design one for ages and I was watching an old movie and saw they cute corner bumpers on a leather suitcase, so by trial and error I worked out how to make them. They are 1″ circles cut into 3/4, 1/2 and 1/4’s really easy when you know how.
So here is the video, the papers are part of a suite of products called Share What you love. They are available in bundles now or individually from the 1st June when the new catalogues comes out.

Amanda I love this novelty gift box, both are great. I love the fact that one could be used for a masculine gift and the other feminine. I am as a card crafter trying to make more masculine cards whichI do not find as easy as feminine ones. :O)
I’m so pleased you liked it Lorraine!
Thanks so much for the idea and the tutorial. Fab!
Thank you very much!
Thank you for the cute idea. We r having a bridal shower – traveling from Miss to Mrs. I’m going to make them and put a cut out envelope cookie in there.
Thank sounds fabulous! I’m so pleased you like the tutorial!
Hello, I was looking for the measurements for this project. I also wanted to know how I can make it to fit a certain size for my handmade soaps. Do you also have a tutorial on boxes that are drawers with a pull tab ribbon? Love your video’s. Thank you Be Blessed Becca
Hi, Becca If you scroll down under the video all the measurements are there. I’m sorry I don’t have any tutorials for the type of box you are asking about.
