Sunshine on a rainy day

I checked the met office app this morning, clouds and sunshine it said less than 5% chance of rain.  So I put out 2 loads of washing!  My mistake, it started raining within 5 minutes!  I thought this vibrant card of beach huts and sunshine would be a great way to chase the rain away!

The card uses the fabulous waterfront stamp set, I’m so pleased it has made it into the new catalogue.  There is a lot of stamping and a tiny bit of 3D, I stamped and fussy cut 2 of the beach huts to give the card a little bit of dimension.  Because the stamp set is photopolymer it’s easy to place the palm leaves at the top of the trees.  I used an aqua painter to give a little swoosh of Bermuda Bay ink for the sea.  Quick and simple.
