I do love a good colouring in stamp set! Beautiful Day is great for lots of different colouring mediums. On this card I have stamped and water-coloured with the co-ordinating ink. But you could use Memento ink and your Blends, heat emboss or use Stazon and water-colour, or use your markers or water-colour pencils. So many options and such a great set. there are 2 main images the flower which you can see and a butterfly, both pretty much cover the whole of a card front. Great for a quick card.
As is normal for me, once I’ve got the kit out I make quite a few cards…… well you can never have too many cards!

So did you have a good weekend? Mine is currently still continuing since it’s a bank holiday, I love a 3 day weekend. The plans didn’t quite go as expected. There was indeed a walk at the beach and lunch out. Movies, but not Fast and Furious….. because I seem to be missing some…… so we watched Riddick instead, yes all 3. Well worth a watch, and as you might have guessed I’m a bit of a Vin Diesel fan! I also did some planning for my next trip to Florida in November. It’s the Stampin’ Up! 30th birthday party/convention. I would love hints and tips for Disney World and the surrounding areas, I don’t have much time though Stampin’ Up! are keeping us quite busy.
It was so wet and cold on Sunday I put the log burner on, Brian is insisting it’s too early for the heating to go back on. I made bread and a cake and currently am making Pizza dough, well I had a bit of an online shopping fail in the Pizza department. So Pizza dough is currently proving, I’ll let you know how it goes.
