Today is your last chance to get the Snowflake Showcase stamps and dies.  Normally on a Friday, I share a video, but my technological woes have meant that isn’t going to happen, so instead I have several cards for you!

This first one is a very similar design and layout to yesterday’s Peekaboo Penguin Card, you can see that HERE. It has an extra layer and the greeting is punched out but it is very similar.

The next 2 are essentially the same card, different orientation and sentiment but the same layout and style of stamping.  When I have lots of cards to make, like at Christmas I often do this, just to change it up whilst I’m stamping.  Bulk stamping always goes quicker if you do it in batches doing all of one thing at a time.  I am often asked how I break it down, so for this card I would work in this order.

  1. Cut card Blanks
  2. Cut mats and layers
  3. Stamp the greeting on all the card fronts
  4. Stamp the snowflakes on all the card fronts
  5. Stamp a snowflake on the inside layers
  6. Stamp a snowflake on the envelopes
  7. Glue card front onto Gorgeous Grape layers
  8. Glue Gorgeous Grape Layers to card blanks
  9. Glue inside layers to the card blanks
  10. Attach Rhinestones

Of course, there might be people you would like to send a stepped up card too, how about this with the addition of die cut snowflakes? You see you do need to buy the dies as well xxx

So by the time you are reading this, I’ll be on route to Manchester.

It was Kim’s birthday during the week and we are heading ‘up north’ for some belated birthday celebrations, which will include, a VERY good curry, a Vegan Christmas Festival and the NEW Fantastic beasts movie.  Yep, a very busy schedule and the small matter of a 600-mile round trip!

I’ll be back on Monday with some more crafting, have a fabulous weekend.
