I seem to send as many Thank you cards as I do birthday cards. So I always have some in a box ready to go. This is my current favourite. It’s a quick card to do, and a little bit of punching makes the card pop!
Make sure you stamp the butterflies and the greeting in Gorgeous Grape ink BEFORE you emboss with the Subtle embossing folder. The sentiment especially is such fine script if you try and stamp it after you lose half the word…… Ask me how I know this !
I love to make the butterflies lift from the card, by putting a tiny bit of Tombow glue down the body of the butterfly. You can then crease along the sides of the body and lift up the wings.
The combination of Gorgeous Grape and Highland Heather is fast becoming a favourite with me. Do you like purple?
Whilst we are talking about Purple, I have some news about the Purple Posy inkpad. I have had several questions about when you can order the full set of the new In-Colour ink pads. I’m sorry to say that there have been big problems with the ink formulation, Stampin’ Up! aren’t happy with it so it’s going to be at least a couple of months before its sorted. When I have more information I’ll let you know. the other 4 colours are all available!
I know it’s sad, but we do have these amazing purples right now! Gorgeous Grape and Highland Heather.

Kim has done her final exam, she is no longer a university student…… eek! How exciting though!
