It’s time for the replay of Tuesdays Craft and Chat. But before I show you the projects I want to say I know I’ve been a bit absent this past week. With Connor moving out and then Kim coming to visit I didn’t get as much done as I would do normally. The emails and calls and urgent stuff all got done, but no blog posts……. I am however back on track now to the normally advertised program!

Want to see a fun technique? I’m calling it Ink Pad Drag! basically because that’s what you do.

So my nest is now well and truly empty, Kim is back in Manchester and Connor in Sheffield. They are both really happy which is the important thing. Meantime you will see I’ve used Kim’s room for my filming, I’m going to set up a studio upstairs which means I don’t have to put everything away each time, so that will be a huge time saver. I haven’t decided which room to use yet, although the light is very similar in each room.

So what have you been up to this past week? Have you been out and about, lots of people have been to the hairdressers and getting their nails done. I do my own nails but am looking forward to seeing Gail my hairdresser next Thursday. I know several of my lovely customers in Leicester are still locked down. Sending you hugs if you need them.

The July Craft-a-long kits went out yesterday 1st Class post and I am already hearing that some people have received theirs which is fab! You’ve still got a bit of time to order your kit for August or place a qualifying order before the end of July.

It’s teatime now, chilli and tortillas. Although having watch an American cookery program yesterday I have a hankering after corn bread…… I don’t have any of the right ingredients though! So I shall have to wait until next week and the shopping arrives. Does anyone have a good cornbread recipe?
