Well that is a long title, Scrappy strips meets Playful Pets video! You loved the scrappy strips technique I showed a few weeks ago in Craft and Chat, well today’s cards and videos are similar but not the same. You use one piece of patterned paper and spread out the strips, it gives a great effect.
