Happy Bank Holiday Monday, I hope you are having a good day! I have a Christmas card for you today, but one that can easily be an all occasion card, just swap out the sentiment. The star of the show is the Evergreen Forest embossing folder, the detail on it is amazing. You have lots of trees layered behind one another. I have a Mossy Meadow layer on top of a Mossy Meadow card blank.
I have added a little bit of Wink of Stella to some of the trees to give a little Christmas sparkle. A 6″ piece of ribbon is all you need to break the card up and it’s a great way of using those odds and ends we all seem to collect!

My Leadership convention is finished and I am very inspired! I might also be shattered….So taking the day off and out into the garden to try and get the last veg bed finished. We have a tip slot booked, which is very exciting! I know so sad, but you now have to book a time to go to the tip, which means more saving up of stuff, and planning. I need to make sure that all the pruning is done in time to take it. Such a rock and roll life I lead!
Can you believe tomorrow is the 1st September??? No me neither, I’m still not getting the days of the week straight let alone the months!
I hope you are taking my advice and taking some time out and being kind to yourself. Just grabbing a cuppa and sitting on the door step watching the world go by, or lose yourself in a book, or bake. Just something that is just a few minutes of calm, will really help your day. Take care of yourself.
