Happy Friday, are you pleased it’s the weekend? Do you have anything fun planned? I have work planned on Saturday, that pesky to do list still needs to be done. I am taking Sunday off though and its going to be Beach time! I have a lovely birthday card for you today using the Wreath Builder dies.

Wreath Builder Dies Birthday card Amanda Fowler Inspiring Inkin' Stampin' Up! Uk - 1

I curled up the edges of the flowers and the leaves on the wreath to give some more dimension. I also embossed the bow using the Subtle embossing folder it just makes if look more like fabric.

Now the dies do come as a bundle with the Arrange a Wreath stamp set. I didn’t buy the stamps, I know shock horror, I don’t buy everything (I am hiding my head in my hands, I do buy lots). But the dies are so versatile on their own. In addition to 2 wreathes you have eggs, poinsettias, hearts, a bow, flowers, leaves and even a bird to adorn your wreath. Of course it’s 10% cheaper to buy the bundle rather than the dies and stamps separately but like me you might just want the dies, so I love that you have that option.

I have used the fab In Good Taste Designer series paper for the background and die cutting the flowers. Its great value and the patterns are so versatile they are photographic images of wood, tiles, fabrics and stone giving really great backgrounds.

That’s all from me today, back to the Cut & Emboss machine, lots of die cutting, I’m busy prepping for my online by post classes and die cutting takes time! I have treated myself though, tomorrow is designing day, so think of me “working” hard making pretty things!

Such a tough life I lead! I adore every minute! I mean who wouldn’t want to craft for a, living?

Have a wonderful weekend, I shall see you on Monday!
