I have been asked for some ideas for quick Christmas cards, so I have designed 2 for you, using the same stamp set , 2/3 colours and the cards take longer to stick together than they do to stamp and colour!
I’ve used the Have a Hoot stamp set it is very cute!
I do love stamping on Crumb Cake, its a much more vintage style of card, but still cute.
I stamped in Early Espresso ink for the owls and used a blender pen to pull the ink from the stamped image to give them a little bit of colour. Then used the blender pen and Real Red and Old Olive ink to colour in the present and hats. 3 Rhinestones and all done. Super quick and oh so cute!

I’ve just checked the weather and it should be dry all weekend, so it’s into the garden for us!, The tomatoes need stripping down in the green house, all the trees and bushes need a trim and the grass, needs cutting. Well most of it…… I have managed to kill a patch of grass, did you know grass doesn’t like dettol???? Me neither, I was cleaning some mats with warm soapy water and dettol and I tipped it onto the grass. Ooops there is a now a rather large brown patch. I’m in trouble, again. Nothing new there.
Meantime I had a successful Sour Dough loaf this week and another one is currently proving, I’m hoping it will successful I’m going to cook it in a saucepan, basically because I don’t have a cast iron casserole yet! Soon…..
And, I finished the blanket! Woooo hooo, it was tested out at Yoga this morning and it covered my toes, so all is good. I’ve set a reminder on my phone to bring it upstairs for Tuesday Craft and Chat so you will see it then.
