Craft and Chat : Joy to the World Christmas cards

Would you like a quick and simple way to get started on your Christmas Cards? and then some suggestions of how you can take the stamps and make lots more Christmas cards, and have lots of different options??? Well yesterdays Craft and Chat has you covered! I talked about a kit called Joy to the World, which includes everything you need to make 8 Christmas cards, including a stamp set and a mini ink pad. You can then take the stamps and make lots of cards, I even run you through the options!

Here are more card options

In the video I talked about the things you would need to buy to make 64 Cards with 2 layers on the front and one layer on the back, here is that information.

2 packs A4 coloured cards ( 24 sheets in each) one Whisper White or Very Vanilla Pack (40 sheets)
Cut 16 sheets of each colour in half to make 32 card blanks per colour
Cut 8 sheets of each colour into 4 to make 32 layers per colour
Cut the Whisper White or Very Vanilla into 4 to make 160 layers ( you need 128 for the 64 cards)

The most popular card on the live was the Crumb Cake card, so you would add in a pack of Crumb Cake if you would like to make those.

It’s started to get chilly here, putting a fleece and socks on isn’t enough ! The heating went on at 3pm this afternoon, Brrrrrr. I do like the cold though, time for stews and casseroles and soup! My slow cooker always gets a workout this time of year. I am looking for some new soup recipes though, do you have any to share? Do let me know!
