Happy 80th Birthday Dad

It’s my Dad, Mick’s birthday today and he is 80! The whole family are visiting and having adventures, so I’m sure there will be lots of memories made this weekend.

I have his card to share, of course which is further down but first I wanted to share 3 pictures of Dad. He is the smiliest, happiest soul I have ever known. A hard worker with a positive attitude and and generous to a fault, he would give you anything he has. I’m so very grateful he is my Dad.

I have been saving this card for months!!!! I made it in April. His favourite colour is red, and Polo shirts are his style too.

The polo shirt has texture on it and I have used the same embossing folder on the numbers too. Now I know you are going to ask me about the numbers dies. They are a very old Stampin’ Up! set that I have kept because they are the perfect size for a card. The Playful Alphabet die set is current and it has numbers too, which are the same size, so I have linked in the the details below.
