In September Kim married Dom and we travelled to Italy for the celebration, which was then followed 2 weeks later with a UK celebration, it was fab.
I know I’ve been promising to share pictures, but we have been waiting for the official photos and I wanted to make sure it was all in one post. Be aware this will be very picture heavy.
First up we had a few days in Sirmione, and Verona. Sirmione is where the wedding took place by Lake Garda. There were a group of 10 of us, Dom’s parents brother and girlfriend along with us, and Connor and Lydia. We chilled out, had lovely meals, saw beautiful sunsets and even went Paddle boarding, yes I fell off, multiple times! The Gelato and Pizza were incredible.
There was lots of discussion about which dress I would wear! I had 2, one was very fitted the other which I wore was very floaty. I am so pleased I went for the floaty version….. It was 32 degrees on the day of the wedding. I do think Brian and I scrubbed up rather well.
The wedding took place in an Olive grove over looking the sea and the ceremony was conducted in Italian by a local celebrant, with an English translation. The day was perfect from start to finish.
The UK celebration was wonderful too, I’m going to finish with this picture which I adore, such Joy!
We smiled and laughed from beginning to end.
Crafting will resume shortly. You may know I have been having all kinds of problems with my sound and microphone on my lives. On Tuesday the internet died completely, its been a bit of a nightmare. So there is lots of testing and trying and new equipment and all kinds of stuff going on behind the scenes. Sadly that means not quite as much crafting. But I am working on getting the last couple 0f Craft and Chats out this week and then hopefully normal service will resume!
