All you need for todays crafting is a plate and some card and patterned paper. I love making gift bags and this is a fun one. I’m sorry if I confused you in the video with giving you the maths equation for making the bag base, I was trying to be helpful……. Below you’ll see the measurements for the bag I made along with hopefully clearer instructions. Let me know if you need clarification.
Measurements
Plate size approx 8 1/2″-9″ Box for 6″ base 11″ x 7 1/2″ scores at 2 1/2″ on all 4 sides
Whatever the size of base you need add 5″ to the width measurement and the other measurement is always 7 1/2″
The scoring is always 2 1/2″ on all 4 sides.
