All you need for todays crafting is a plate and some card and patterned paper. I love making gift bags and this is a fun one. I also share the 2 NEW kits available, Expressions of Kindness and The Scenic Route Travel Journal. If you are thinking about ordering the journal remember it is part of the Scrapbooking workshop I’m running in July. Check out the link below for more information.

I’m sorry if I confused you in the video with giving you the maths equation for making the bag base, I was trying to be helpful……. Below you’ll see the measurements for the bag I made along with hopefully clearer instructions. Let me know if you need clarification.

Plate size approx 8 1/2″-9″ Box for 6″ base 11″ x 7 1/2″ scores at 2 1/2″ on all 4 sides

Whatever the size of base you need add 5″ to the width measurement and the other measurement is always 7 1/2″
The scoring is always 2 1/2″ on all 4 sides.

Here are all the Stampin’ Up! items I used in the video. Click on the pictures to go shopping in my online store.

The bundle promotion is ongoing, with an extra 10% off all bundles that include dies and the 2 Cut and Emboss machines. Make sure to get your orders in before the end of the month ready for July’s Craft-along, we are doing Christmas. But don’t worry if you don’t want Christmas projects, you will be able to swap out the sentiments for winter birthdays, anniversaries etc
