All the Christmas Trees

The Season of Elegance suite of products (pages 22-25) has some of my favourite products from the Autumn-Winter catalogue. I love the Peaceful Evergreens stamp set so much I designed a Christmas Retreat around it. So I have 3 very different cards for you today to showcase the Christmas Trees. The stamp sets and dies are all on the Last Chance list, but the embossing folder and the amazing papers are staying! Be quick if you don’t want to miss out.

First up, a simple stamped card, I’ve coloured the pearls with a Cherry Cobbler blends alcohol marker. The Merry Christmas is from Reindeer Fun stamp set, thats on the last chance list and is discounted.

Next up, stamping and embossing, always make sure to stamp first, then emboss. Its really hard to stamp on a bumpy surface! I used the snow bank stamp in Balmy Blue to give depth, but make sure to stamp it off lots! You want it to be really pale.

Finally, super simple gold foil embossed card, the Cherry Cobbler ribbon sets it off well, but a very quick and simple card. If your die cutting plates are really marked its worth adding another set to your order and keep one for the top, that way you won’t scratch the foil. You can also use a sheet of copier paper over the top of the die to protect the foil.
