I love to share hints, tips and techniques to make your paper crafting quicker, easier and more fun! On todays video replay you’ll see cards made with a masking technique. Its such a great technique and a wonderful way to make a flat card with lots of dimension that looks stylish. I’ve used the same stamp set on both cards its called Delicate pines, and comes in a bundle with a huge number of dies as well.

You can use Sticky notes, Post-its, Masking paper or even use Tombow to make a re-positionable mask. Just make sure its not too thick because that will give you a step line on the stamping.

For this final card I stamped half a sheet of card and then cut it into sections. Its another really quick way of making multiple cards.

Well its almost December, so that means this weekend is checking that Santa has got the shopping done and writing the Christmas cards. If it stays dry I might even convince Brian that the outside decorations need to go up. Never too early for Christmas lights and glitter in my world!

I hope you have a wonderful weekend whatever you are up to and I’ll be back soon with some more creative inspiration.
