Sunflower Embossing Folder techniques

The Sunflower 3D embossing folder keeps coming in and going out of stock, its so popular! A little while ago I focussed a Craft and Chat on different techniques that work with a 3D Embossing folder, and since its currently back in stock i thought now was the perfect time to share it. This card is my favourite, you emboss water colour card, then water colour the de-bossed side and when its dry swipe over with ink. It takes time but it so worth it. There are so many ways to ink up the embossed images and the embossing folder to get a huge range or effects. Here are a few of them.

Embossing onto patterned paper is a great way of adding more dimension the the card.

Using a sanding block on the Two-Tone card stock is a quick way of adding interest as well.
