All about Sketches

In today’s Craft and Chat replay we are looking at sketches and how to use them in your card making and paper craft. I love sketches, they can be a spring board for creativity and really helpful when your mojo has gone for a walk….. it happens to us all!

If you aren’t sure what I mean by sketches, check out the annual catalogue on pages 24 and 28 and you will find card, tag and scrapbook sketches for you to use.

I designed my own sketch for todays cards and even drew it for you, you will see on the video why I am a stamper, not an artist….I have no drawing ability what so ever!

Of course I couldn’t resist making a Christmas card as well, using the Delicate Pines stamp set. It is so fun and easy to use.

Thank you to everyone who replied to me regarding in person evening classes, I’m thrilled so many of you would like to attend I can confirm they will be going ahead from January. Watch out for an email next week with all the details. It will be a seriously long email, with all my Saturday events as well. Including my NEW Creative Escape Workshops. A Saturday afternoon once a month to come and craft on whatever you would like, every craft is welcome. There will be new friends to make, lots of chat, cake and I’m sure lots of fun, laughter and inspiration to be had.

I will also be sending out lots of information about my 2026 online classes as well, along with the dates for my 2026 retreats. I’m really excited about all the events, my calendar is full!

So far we’ve failed to get the Christmas decorations up or write the Christmas cards, so that is top of the list for this weekend. Looks like its going to be mizzy and rainy so it will be nice to sit in front of the fire and get that done.
