Lily of the Valley Birthday Cards

One of my favourite suites in the new catalogue is the Valley in Bloom Suite, you’ll find it starting on page 22. The stamps, the colours everything about it is wonderful and so easy to use. In todays Craft and Chat replay I share all the current goings on at Stampin’ Up!, special offers and exciting news and then we get crafting. Two quick and simple cards but they are stunning. The first card is all stamps and the second card the dies take centre stage.

Making a Z Fold card is really straight forward. Make the card size that you prefer and fold the front back, in half.

I really appreciate the good wishes sent to me last week. I lost my voice and ended up taking a few days off. I am much improved thank you. I think my body was enforcing a rest! Its been a busy couple of months! Of course that does mean I’m playing catch up, I mean when do we ever actually catch up ??? That said I’ve been promising to sort out blog posts/emails of Craft and Chats that haven’t appeared on my blog yet. I actually finished them today. So you will find 3 Catch Up emails will be coming out in the next couple of weeks so you can see what you’ve missed. I will be sending out normal current Craft and Chats and videos as well.

Brian and I have a rare weekend with nothing planned, which is a good thing because I have 33 bare root plants arriving this afternoon. Not entirely sure where they will go in the garden, but I’m sure we will find space. In other gardening news, I didn’t kill off my Dahlias, so far 2 of the 3 I over wintered have got shoots, so I’m counting that as a win! My cutting flower bed is beginning to take shape with Ranunculus and Alstroemeria, Thank you to Judith for digging up some of her plant for me. Of course all that is dependant on the weather, yesterday it was so cold I had to fire up the log burner, and we’ve had hail 3 days this week!
