Ho Ho Ho, I have a Signs of Santa Christmas Card for you today. It is a sneak peek using a new bundle of products launching on the 5th September. It’s a super ‘cute’ stamp set in a cartoon style, and just speaks to me as a ‘jolly’ Christmas set, does that make sense? I adore the Santa.
So here is the stamp set, look at those elves, they look like they are going to cause some mischief!
So there are matching dies and paper too. The paper has flocking on some of the pages which give a great texture and the larger images are perfect for fussy cutting. Stampin’ Up! have thought about that too though, you can cut out some of the images from the paper using the dies, genius! You can see which ones from the pictures below.
I have laid the dies on top of the paper, you can just see the silver outlines.
I have made a couple of quick Christmas cards using the set and I love how the blends work on colouring in. Its very simple to do using single colours. I have used the 2 shades of Flirty Flamingo Blends for Santa and the Elves face and cheeks. Make sure you are using Memento black ink when using the blends. I have used the Softly Falling embossing folder for the snow and a little bit of fine tip glue and Dazzling Diamonds for extra sparkle!
